This is seriously the most delicious glaze. We enjoy this every year and thanks to this product, providing the ham has now become Kirsty's job every Christmas feast.
Kirsty's tip: (using 2 jars of glaze for one extra large ham) Be sure to reserve all the yummy pan juices at the end of glazing and combine with any leftover glaze. Strain and reduce a little and you've got a delicious 'ham jam' to go on the side. Delicious!
