(meal formerly known as lentil shepherd's pie)
A heart warming winter dish that goes great with a simple salad or steamed veg (and/or glass of wine!) What's not to love - creamy, cheesy mash with a lentil ragu.
Serves 2 generously if accompanied with salad/veg. Serves 3 kids easily. This meal comes FROZEN. Base packaging (not lid) is microwave and oven safe. Thaw meal and reheat in microwave or in oven. Reheat in a moderate oven for 20 or so minutes or until hot. Cover with foil if needed.
