Our sourdough breadcrumbs make an excellent coating for schnitzel or crumbed fish. Mix in dried herbs and spices to transform them into a delicious stuffing, or use them as a crispy Pangrattato topping to enhance your pasta dishes. Our breadcrumbs are supplied in a glass jar.
