Join in our introductory Sourdough Baking Workshop, perfect for those new to sourdough or home bakers looking to enhance their techniques. Hosted by the owners of flour water salt bakery - Joost (the OG baker!) and Kirsty (the host).
Held at our South Nowra bakery headquarters, go behind the glass and get ready to get your hands in to some flour and dough.
What the workshop will look like...
We will dive into learning how to make and bake authentic sourdough from scratch. How to create and nurture your own leaven, learn about fermentation, mixing and shaping, proofing and slashing, baking and all things in between... and of course tasting - nothing better than sourdough fresh from the oven.

Cancellations
All bookings are only refundable if you give us a full 7 days notice so that we might be able to fill your spot. If you have to cancel less than 7 days, you can gift your spot to a friend, just let us know their details.
