We make this glaze the old-fashioned way—starting with our own house-made marmalade, then blending it with brown sugar, mustard and spices to create a rich, sticky, citrusy glaze that transforms any Christmas ham into a show-stopping centrepiece. It’s a true two-step labour of love, and the flavour proves it.
We enjoy this glaze every year, and it’s earned Kirsty the lifelong job of providing the Christmas ham (fair warning: it may become your responsibility too!). After each festive season, we’re flooded with messages from customers telling us their glazed ham absolutely wowed the table.
Kirsty’s tip: For an extra-large ham, use two jars of glaze. Don’t forget to save all those glorious pan juices—mix them with any leftover glaze, strain, and gently reduce. You’ll end up with a heavenly ham jam to serve on the side. Trust us… it’s magic.
