Fennel is Ham's best friend, and with the added complexity of quince, makes for a delicious ham glaze.
Kirsty's tip: (using 2 jars of glaze for one extra large ham) Be sure to reserve all the yummy pan juices at the end of glazing and combine with any leftover glaze. Strain and reduce a little and you've got a delicious 'ham jam' to go on the side. Delicious!
