Our bees roam pristine bushland on the South Coast and Southern Highlands of New South Wales. The pure and natural nectar they collect to make honey, mainly from Australian natives, is what makes up our range of gourmet honey.

Our honey is not heat treated or processed in any way. Nothing artificial is added. We take the honey straight from the beehives and bottle it. Our batches are not blended together either so you get a delicious, pure flavour.
