We craft our cakes and pastry using organic flour and organically farmed free range eggs. Great taste that only comes from superior ingredients and handmade technique.
Our croissants are hand made by our talented pastry chefs, layer upon layer using organic leavened pastry and Belgian butter. Perfectly light and flaky on the outside with a soft, layered buttery inside.
We bake spelt and dairy free berry muffins daily – be sure to get in early as they always sell out.
